I decided to inspire new life to these pieces of material research I have done some time ago for my project What’s Inside Black? by connecting them into a ‘real artwork’ just like you see in the picture. This took me some time since I stiched it all by hand. The good thing about this period is that I don’t have social obligations and can fully focus on my work!

‘Clouds’ is a piece I just finished using the same technique as in my previous project What’s Inside Black? – I stripped away layers of color using discoloration chemicals and a heat press. I have already done this part last year, what I added was the display installation: the textile pieces have been hardened and connected by cotton thread. Nice to see it hanging in my studio!
